Terms of Service

MightyClaw is an AI assistant platform that connects to your accounts, such as Google Workspace, and runs AI agents that read, draft and act on your behalf when you ask them to. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at info@m37labs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

When you connect a service, you authorise MightyClaw to access it and take the actions you request or set up, for example sending emails, creating calendar events, or replying automatically when auto-reply is enabled.

You are responsible for reviewing what agents do on your behalf. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check drafts, replies and documents before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical or other important decisions.

You agree not to use MightyClaw to:

• Send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
• Access accounts or data you are not authorised to access.
• Create harmful, abusive, deceptive or illegal content.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the security of the service.
• Break the terms of services you connect, such as Google's.

You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to MightyClaw and the output it produces for you. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit it to provide the service. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

MightyClaw, its software, design and branding belong to M37Labs and its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

MightyClaw works with services we do not control, such as Google, Slack and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.

You can stop using MightyClaw and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

MightyClaw is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, M37Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use MightyClaw after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where M37Labs is registered, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
